In the period of 1992-1994 proved to be difficult in the intense and competitive market, however we started up with Woring and Welding Gloves that Proved to be our expansion phase and its growing list of customers
The year 1996 proved to be revolutionary for Nigam Industry after significant investment we procure the land of 388,000 Sq/ft and large no. of employees joined. We mechanized most of Gloves manufacturing processes this year. Different machines were installed with the help of local and foreign Consultants.
The year 1999 was our turning point. We got a chance to start directly working with one of the leading retail store of USA. The new facility allowed Nigam Industry to increase its production capacity year by year. Nigam Industry grew its production capacity of gloves within the same production facility and added new customers.
In a span of 6 years, Nigam Industry grew its Facility & production capacity and had a chance to expand its product range.
